  • The request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging materials are intact.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, including:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, and socks.
  • Items purchased during Clearance Sales or specific End of Season sales (unless defective).

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your Order ID, email address, and reason for the return/exchange. Attach photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days.

4. Refunds Process

Once your return package is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed:

  • Prepaid Orders: Credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Credited to your bank account via bank transfer or store credit wallet within 5-7 business days, depending on your choice.
