1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We deliver nationwide across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3-5 business days. Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applicable on orders below ₹999.
- Express Delivery: Delivered within 1-3 business days. Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination pin codes.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking number and link to track your package on the courier partner’s website. Tracking information is updated within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Damages and Issues
Stylistonthego is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at negichandan644@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
